Payment Policies:
  • Payment of Fees: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Course access is for the registered participant only and may not be shared, transferred or distributed.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) only.
  • Program Cancellations or Date Changes: USC Gould School of Law reserves the right to cancel Executive Education programs and/or change program dates. You may choose either option below upon cancellation of the program or upon confirmation of the changed program dates: we will refund your paid tuition in full (or) we will apply your tuition to a replacement Executive Education program. If the tuition of the replacement program is less than the original program’s tuition, we will reimburse the balance to you.
  • Financial Aid: Financial assistance (e.g., financial aid, scholarships) is not available for our USC Gould Executive Education programs. 
USC Campus Policies:
Although Executive Education participants are not officially enrolled at USC, they are participating in programs at our university, and we expect them to assume an obligation to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the University’s function as an educational institution and in accordance with our campus and university policies. Additionally, a certificate from USC Gould Executive Education programs does not carry any academic credit; however, we maintain rigorous standards expected of the USC Gould name.
